Yountville Hills Estate - Casual Dining Room

The casual dining area occupies the old kitchen space. By flip-flopping the spaces JS Design + Build, Inc. was able to create a much larger arched opening to the outside terrace and to the wonderful vineyard and northern California mountains views beyond.

The hutch was handcrafted for this narrow space by Napa Valley artisan Massimiliano Fantucci. An antique dining table, purchased in Europe by the homeowners, works perfectly in the casual dining area surrounded by Fremarc Designs custom made armchairs and Antique Designs side chairs.

The husband and wife enjoy spending time together while she is cooking. By supplying the husband an ottoman, he can be comfortable keeping his wife company in the adjoining kitchen. We were able to reuse a chandelier from the homeowners prior residence. The hand painted walls and decorative motifs compliment the kitchen.
