Yountville Hills Estate

The homeowners returned from several years living in Europe and wanted to incorporate the older feel and classic beauty of the European architecture they'd become accustomed to. The original hillside property near Yountville, California, included a badly remodeled ranch style home with no architectural charm but a spectacular view of some of the vineyards in the Napa Valley. The lower level horse stables and riding ring eventually became a boutique winery showcasing the client's wines.

We worked in conjunction with Swico Construction from Sonoma County, Northern California to design, develop and completely renovate this property. JS Design + Build designed all aspects of the interior including a reorganization of living spaces, adding extensive custom architectural details and finishes, as well as working with the client to fully furnish the home.
